## 1. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
## 2. Products & Availability
We sell trading cards, sports cards, comics, toys, memorabilia, and related collectibles. All products are subject to availability. As a shop dealing in collectibles — including single, unique items — we reserve the right to limit quantities, correct inventory errors, and cancel orders for items that become unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund promptly.
Product images are for illustration. For single collectible items (e.g., individual cards or memorabilia), the photos shown represent the actual item unless stated otherwise; minor variations in appearance due to photography and screen settings can occur.
## 3. Condition of Collectibles
Condition matters in this hobby, and we describe items as accurately as possible. Unless otherwise stated:
– Sealed products are factory sealed and unopened.
– Raw (ungraded) singles are described in good faith based on visual inspection; grading is inherently subjective, and a raw card’s description is not a guarantee of any particular professional grade.
– Graded items are sold in their original holders with the grade assigned by the respective grading company.
## 4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices for collectibles may change at any time based on market conditions, but the price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (see our Payment Policy). Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a misplaced decimal point), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
## 5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable. An order is accepted when we ship it. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.
## 6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
## 7. Buy, Sell & Trade
Hobby Box buys, sells, and trades collectibles in store. In-store purchase and trade offers are made at our discretion based on condition, authenticity, and market value, and no offer is binding until completed in person. We may require valid government-issued ID for sellers, in accordance with applicable law.
## 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our logo, text, images, and design — is the property of Hobby Box or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Topps, Panini, Marvel, DC, LEGO, WWE, and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners; their use on this site is for product identification only, and Hobby Box is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
## 9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to scrape or harvest data from it.
## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or our obligations under our Refund & Return Policy.
## 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hobby Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
## 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
