Shipping
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days. So most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of purchase.
Not at this time — we currently ship within the U.S. only, including P.O. boxes.

Orders
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also find it anytime under Orders in your account.
Orders can be cancelled or changed before they ship. Email hello@hobbyboxny.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, orders can no longer be modified — but our 30-day return policy has you covered.
First check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it within an hour of ordering, email hello@hobbyboxny.com with your name and approximate order time and we’ll resend it.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returns by mail are free — we send you a prepaid shipping label. You can also return in store. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it to your account.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
Products
Yes — every item we sell is guaranteed authentic, backed by our Authenticity Guarantee. Graded cards can be verified directly with PSA, Beckett, or CAS using their certification numbers.
Yes. We source through legitimate channels and never sell resealed product — and we know how to detect it.
Sports cards (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck), Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering, Marvel & DC comics, LEGO and vintage toys, WWE, memorabilia, and full collections. Our in-store inventory is even larger than what’s listed online.
No retailer can — card distribution inside sealed products is determined entirely by the manufacturer. That’s the thrill of the rip! What we do guarantee: the product is genuine, factory sealed, and untampered.
Buy, Sell & Trade
Yes! We buy and trade sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, comics, toys, and full collections. Bring your items in for a free evaluation — no appointment needed. For large collections, feel free to call ahead.
Bring in your items, we evaluate them on the spot, and you choose cash or store credit — credit offers are typically higher.
Evaluations happen in store so we can inspect condition properly, but you’re welcome to email photos to hello@hobbyboxny.com first for a ballpark idea before making the trip.
Grading
Yes — we facilitate submissions to PSA, Beckett, and CAS right from our store. Visit us or contact us for current pricing and turnaround times.
It depends on the card’s value, condition, and your goals. Bring it in — we handle cards every day and will give you an honest opinion on whether grading makes sense before you spend a dime.
Payment
Online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe. In store: cash and all major cards.
You’re charged in full at the time of purchase, and a confirmation email is sent immediately after payment is processed.
Yes. The entire site is SSL encrypted and payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your full card number.
