We sell trading cards, sports cards, comics, toys, memorabilia, and related collectibles, both sealed and individual items. All products are subject to availability. Because many of the items we carry are unique or limited in quantity, availability can change rapidly. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders for items that become unavailable after purchase, in which case you will receive a full refund promptly.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith. For single, unique items such as individual cards or memorabilia pieces, photographs represent the actual item. For sealed products, photographs are representative. Minor variations in appearance due to photography lighting and screen color calibration can occur.

3. Condition of Collectibles

We describe all items as accurately as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sealed products are factory sealed and untampered. Raw (ungraded) singles are described based on our honest visual inspection — grading is inherently subjective and our description of a raw card does not constitute a guarantee of any particular professional grade from PSA, Beckett, CAS, or any other grading company. Graded items are sold in their original holders with the grade assigned by the grading company and can be independently verified.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Prices may change at any time to reflect market conditions, but the price you pay is always the price shown at the time you complete checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, notifying you immediately.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected, where an item becomes unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. An order is accepted and a contract formed when we ship the item. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be refunded in full within 10 business days.

Hobby Box buys, sells, and trades collectibles in store. Purchase offers and trade valuations are made at our discretion, based on condition, authenticity verification, and current market value. No offer is binding until completed in person. We may require a valid government-issued photo ID from sellers, in accordance with applicable local law regarding second-hand goods dealers.

All content on this website — including our logo, text, images, graphics, and overall design — is the property of Hobby Box or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, Marvel, DC, LEGO, and WWE are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is solely for the purpose of identifying the products we sell. Hobby Box is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; to interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation; to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site using automated means; or to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
